Terms of Service
Last updated 21 October 2026
These terms apply when you use Forever Card, operated by Forever Card (Lebanon). By creating an account or publishing an invitation you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
The service
Forever Card lets you design a wedding or engagement invitation (a card or an e-invitation), add your guests, send each of them a personal link, collect their answers and plan seating. Guests do not need an account.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 and give accurate details.
- Keep your password private; you are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at hello@everly.local if you think someone else has used it.
- You may close your account at any time by writing to us.
Prices and payment
- Creating and previewing an invitation is free. Publishing it — making the guest links work — requires a one-time payment for that invitation. The price depends on the design’s collection and is shown before you pay.
- After payment the design of that invitation (template, type, colours and layout) is locked. Your wording, dates, locations, photos, music and guest list stay editable, and your guests always see the latest version.
- Payments are handled by our payment provider; their terms apply to the payment itself.
Refunds
If a payment went wrong or the service did not work as described, write to hello@everly.local within 14 days of payment with your order details. We review every request and refund where the service was not delivered or where the law requires it. A refunded invitation is taken offline.
Your content and your guests
You keep ownership of everything you add — text, photos, videos and music. You give us permission to store it and show it to the people you invite, only to provide the service.
You confirm that you have the right to use what you upload (for example, music you upload yourself), and that you have a good reason to share your guests’ details with us and to contact them. Invite people you know; do not use Forever Card to send unsolicited messages.
Our designs and music
The designs, artwork, animations and music in our library remain ours or our licensors’. You may use them for your own event invitation through Forever Card; you may not copy, resell or reuse them elsewhere. Some illustrated designs use artwork licensed from Freepik, credited on the invitation.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, hateful, misleading or infringing content.
- No attempts to break, overload or get around the security of the service, or to access other people’s data.
- We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules, and will tell you why when we can.
Availability
We work to keep Forever Card available and your invitations safe, but the service is provided “as is” and may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Keep your own copy of anything important, such as your guest list (you can export it to Excel at any time).
Our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim about an invitation is limited to the amount you paid for that invitation. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be limited.
Ending the service
You can stop using Forever Card at any time. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms. If we ever stop offering the service, we will give reasonable notice so you can export your guest lists.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any dispute that we cannot settle together will be handled by the competent courts of Beirut, without affecting mandatory rights you have where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. If a change matters for you, we will tell you before it applies. Using the service after that means you accept the new terms.
